We’ve given you an insight into Indonesian spices before – but we don’t just use them for cooking; we also make drinks out of them, such as Wedang Bajigur.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon of black coffee powder
- 1 litre of coconut milk
- 100 grams of ground brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 pandan leaves (cleansed then knotted)
Directions:
- Warm the coconut milk in a boiling pot
- Put in the brown sugar, the sugar, and black coffee powder into the pot (low heat)
- Stir it until it is boiling
- Put the knotted Pandan leaves and salt into the coconut milk, keep stirring it until it is fragrant
- Take it off from the stove, strain it, and then pour it into the glass or cup.
- Best served hot

Bahan-bahan:
- 2 sendok makan kopi hitam
- 1 liter santan kelapa
- 100 gr gula jawa ( disisir halus )
- 2 sendok makan gula pasir
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 2 lembar daun pandan (dicuci bersih kemudian dibuat simpul)
Cara Membuat Wedang Bajigur:
- Tuang santan ke dalam panci rebusan, hangatkan.
- Setelah hangat, rebus santan bersama gula merah, gula pasir dan kopi hitam denganĀ api kecil
- Tunggu sampai mendidih dan terusĀ diaduk
- Masukkan daun pandan dan garam ke dalam rebusan santan, aduk terus sampai tercium aroma harum dan matang
- Angkat rebusan wedang bajigur dan saring
- Sajikan selagi hangat
